Refund & Return Policy

Every item in our shop is handcrafted in small batches with care and intentionality. Because of the time, materials, and effort that go into each piece, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or issue refunds based on change of mind or buyer's remorse.

The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we will make it right.
